Well Cinco de Mayo is right around the corner and I’m not one to turn down a reason to celebrate and to eat delicious food! Looking around this blog of mine, I found that I had quite a few of these recipes that would make your Cinco de Mayo party a success, so here I thought I’d share them with you, my favorite peeps.
Having made them all, multiple times, I can assure you that they are insanely delicious and that you must try them, maybe not all, but pick your favorites.
So here they are, in no particular order.

You literally have every base covered here. LOVE IT. I must say though….. those breakfast quesadillas – I am all about ’em. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Gimme gimme.
