Raja and his team do incredible work. This is the second time we have asked them to do renos for us. Always clear communication, have always been on time, and very clean. The whole team is very responsive. Without hesitation, will call them again for any reno jobs

Small job done fast and right

I had a small load-bearing wall removed and finished up within a week and a half! I had a time crunch for this one and Raja and his team were able to deliver before we moved in.
Raja and his team had really great communication and they did awesome work, so speedy and everything looks great. I would highly recommend them!

This is a long overdue review. We were put in touch with Modern Design Kitchen and Bath from Sky Kitchens when we decided to do our kitchen renovation. We were pleased with the immediate response and quote provided and as the work progressed we added on more items to the list so we completed the entire main floor, doors, trim, crown moulding, painting, and floors! They were very accommodating and reasonable. There were some glitches along the way and some unclear timing of trades but other wise it was very well organized and we are pleased with the outcome. I would recommend them to others and would use them again.

Kitchen and Master Bathroom Renovation

We spoke to a lot of contractors before doing our first kitchen and master bathroom renovation and we are very happy that we decided to go with Modern Design Kitchen and Bath.
There are many things Raja and his team do well and what you want to see in a contractor you work with. Very pleased with the pricing, as it was very transparent with a breakdown of costs, payment schedule and no surprise costs coming with that. The team also stuck to the timeline provided, which is important during such a big job. Communication was above and beyond letting us know what tasks were being completed and bringing new ideas to the table.
Overall, extremely happy with the work that was done. Will definitely be referring to others and coming back for any future jobs!

Bungalow main floor renovation

We just finished our complete main floor bungalow renovation which included kitchen, living, dinning, family room, bedrooms, main floor hallway, mud room and laundry room. Raja, Mo and his team at Modern Design Kitchen and Bath Ltd. were a real pleasure to deal with throughout the renovation process from our initial meeting, to their quote and to the final completion of the Renovation. They went above and beyond to make our renovation as stress free as possible and were always there to help when we needed advise. They explained everything in great detail and where always available whenever we called. We were continually impressed by their professionalism, care and support throughout the project. Their workmanship, punctuality and attention to detail were exceptional and they delivered on every promise and more. Third Project
Brampton
This is the 3rd time we have engaged Raja, Mo and (now) Harry - Raja's son. Their work was excellent, as usual. They never try to increase the cost of the project they commit to, even if there are a couple of surprises along the way.
They honour their quote and go out of their way to ensure the customer is happy with the result.
I recommend them without reservation.

Main Floor Reno

This review is long, long overdue. About this time last year, we were talking about remodelling our kitchen. After weeks of sourcing out a kitchen company, we finally made our choice, and we couldn’t be happier. The kitchen company referred us to the most fantastic contractor, Raja from Modern Design. Raja and his brother Mo came out to our house within a few days to discuss the plan. Raja worked with us to understand what we wanted. He was very accommodating with each step of the project and was able to switch designs as we realized what we wanted. He also suggested modifications which went well with our plans. The choosing of flooring was the most difficult of the entire project. When we weren’t sure the color to choose, we asked the advice of Raja and Mo. Whatever their choice would be our choice. The Modern Design tradesmen were fantastic as well, all very professional, neat, attentive to detail and accommodating from start to finish. We couldn’t have made a better choice. These guys went above and beyond, making our experience one that we’ll never forget. Not only did these guys do the job they were hired to do, but they also went above and beyond, from helping hang our TV to shoveling snow in our driveway. Raja and his team are AMAZING. We are so happy with our new functional main floor. I hope we’ll be fortunate to have Raja and his team do future reno’s for us. A BIG THANKS to Raja, his brother Mo, and the entire team of Modern Design. You guys ROCK!!
