I read a couple of books over the years like Eustace Mullins' Murder By Injection (free copy online, just look it up as it's amazingly accurate) and all the books on Vitamin C that prepared me for all of this. I also listened to George Carlin. He made such an impression on me, that I became a "Georgia Carlin" Most people don't want to do it and don't even prepare until the last minute.
